Closeups of the outcomes

Closeups of the outcomes from the ai generated experiments. Notice the rough approximations of typographic froms combined with other abstract shapes Here we see the first stages of 'humanising' the outcomes. This was done using a sketching process, finding typogaphic forms within the variations produced by the software. ALONE HM, Alsino Skowronnek, Theodor Guelat, and Team Flight Mode have diverse backgrounds: trainwriting, painting, data science, film directing, curating and publishing. Together, they set out on a journey into uncharted territory pushing the boundaries of creativity and merging their expertises. The process of painting based on previously accumulated data reveals a lot about human learning, not only in the field of graffiti. It points to how refreshing a partial unlearning of these traditional norms can be. Reflecting on both artificial and human iterations of designs, the outcome is exciting and uncertain. While exploring, this method poses questions of agency and man-machine cooperation in creative visual media. Hence, Gradient Descent is translating old-school aesthetics into the modern-day digital age while preserving the fundamental structures. 94 Recap GRADIENT DESCENT

Reflecting on both artificial and human iterations of designs, the outcome is exciting and uncertain. The process of preparing the concepts created by the AI and then translating them into something human is perhaps the most interesting part of the project. Recap GRADIENT DESCENT 95
